The Florida High School Athletic Association girls flag football state playoffs get underway Monday.
The state finals are set for May 15-16 at the AdventHealth Training Center in Tampa.
In Class 4A, No. 1 seed

Wellington 21-20 in the 2025 championship game behind reigning Florida Player of the Year
Gabby Werr, who hopes to bring the program a third championship in her four-year varsity career.

Seminole Ridge (Loxahatchee) is the top seed in the 3A bracket for the third straight year, having won its first title since 2010 and sixth overall a year ago.
