Our look at high school basketball's best from the 2025-26 season continues with the MaxPreps Sophomore All-America Team, highlighted by MaxPreps National Sophomore of the Year
Adan Diggs of
Millennium (Goodyear, Ariz.).
Diggs averaged 22.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 3.0 steals per contest for the No. 19-ranked team in the MaxPreps Top 25. The 6-foot-5 guard led the Tigers to the Open Division state semifinals, producing a game-high 33 points in a 66-64 loss to St. Mary's (Phoenix).
Regarded as the No. 3 prospect in the Class of 2028 by Rivals, Diggs joins a list of winners that includes R.J. Barrett, Cameron Boozer, Jalen Green, Jonathan Kuminga, Jayson Tatum and Andrew Wiggins (see the full list at the bottom of the page).
Selections are based on team success, individual production and local,
regional and state honors from the recently-completed season. Potential
at the college and professional level is not a primary consideration.
Players in post-graduate or non-scholastic programs are not eligible for
inclusion.

Dominant interior presence averaged 15.9 points, 13.1 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.7 blocked shots per contest to guide the Patriots (37-2) to the MAIS state championship.

Helped the Tigers (24-4) reach the Open Division state semifinals and the No. 19 spot in the final MaxPreps Top 25.

Filled up the stat sheet with averages of 23.7 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 3.1 steals per game to help the Red Raiders (23-7) reach the Class 6A state tournament.

Guided the Huskies (26-2) to the Class 5A state championship with 41 points in the title game. He averaged 30.0 points, 7.1 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 4.9 steals per contest on the season.

Helped the Argonauts (18-10) reach the Non-Public B state semifinals, putting up 22.1 points, 8.4 rebounds and 3.5 assists per contest.

Guided the Falcons (29-2) to a trip to the Non-Public A state title game, pumping in 18.3 points, 9.0 rebounds, 7.9 assists and 2.6 steals per outing.
6-4 | Guard
Following an impressive debut season that saw him win MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year honors, Miles averaged 26.6 points, 6.6 rebounds and 5.0 assists to guide the Jackrabbits (22-8) to the 6A state semifinals.
5-9 | Guard
Top 100 prospect tallied 19.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 2.0 steals per game to lead the Spartans (28-3) to the Class 7A state championship and the No. 24 spot in the MaxPreps Top 25.
6-3 | Guard
Put up strong numbers for the Eagles (27-11) in Nike EYBL Scholastic action, averaging 15.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.4 assists per contest.
Third Team
6-3 | Guard
Guided the Lions (23-6) to the Class 8A state championship, pumping in 18.1 points, 7.8 rebounds 4.1 assists, 3.1 steals and 1.9 blocked shots per contest, leading his team in all five statistical categories.
6-2 | Guard
Under-the-radar prospect helped the Bengals (36-2) finish ranked No. 9 in the final MaxPreps Top 25 after claiming the NCISAA Class 3A state title with averages of 17.3 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.1 steals per contest.
6-7 | Wing
Averaged 20 points, eight rebounds, four assists and two steals per contest for the Wildcats (31-2).
6-3 | Guard
Top 20 Class of 2028 prospect piled up 18.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.1 assists per outing to power the Vikings to the Non-Public A state quarterfinals.

Class 4A Mr. Basketball selection
helped lift the Panthers (35-4) to their first state title since
2001 and the No. 7 spot in the MaxPreps Top 25, averaging 13.3 points
and 5.1 rebounds per game.

If it wasn't for 10 missed games due to injury, Bell would likely be higher on the list. He averaged 33.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 4.0 steals per contest in an abbreviated season.
6-6 | Forward
Pumped in 20.2 points, 11.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game to help the Broncos reach the second round of the Conference 6A Division 2 state tournament.
6-6 | Wing
Following a transfer from North Carolina, the top 10 prospect posted 17.2 points, 11.8 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 3.1 blocks and 2.9 steals per game to help the Hornets (17-5) advance to the second round of the state tournament.

Top 10 Class of 2028 prospect pumped in 14.4 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game to help the War Eagles (25-7) reach the Class 5A state championship game.
6-10 | Center
Region 5 Player of the Year averaged 19 points, 12 rebounds and three blocked shots per game to guide the Eagles (21-7) to the second round of the Private state tournament.
6-6 | Wing
Produced 15.0 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.4 assist per game to help the Red Devils go 23-4.

Averaged 15.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game against a challenging national schedule. Lindsay helped the Tigers (29-8) reach the state title game and threw down one of the dunks of the year in the loss.

Helped the War Eagles (25-7) make a run to the Class 5A state title game, averaging 15.1 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.9 blocked shots per contest.
