Smith had three catches including a 50-yard touchdown
in the first 30 seconds of the game.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound future Buckeye finished with 11 catches for 170 yards and the touchdown.
For the season, Smith reeled in 88 receptions for 1,376 yards and 19 touchdowns. He scored in every game this season for Chaminade-Madonna (14-0), which is 27-1 over the past two years.
A candidate for MaxPreps National Player of the Year, Smith has been committed to Ohio Sate since December of 2022. He is taking an official visit to Florida State this weekend and wore gloves featuring the Seminoles logo in the state title game Thursday.
Chaminade-Madonna jumped out to a 21-0 lead at the end of the first and took a 42-0 advantage into halftime.

Cedrick Bailey completed 17 of 23 pass attempts for 322 yards and four touchdowns. The senior quarterback has now passed for more than 3,000 yards in consecutive seasons.
Two of those touchdown passes including a 54yarder went to four-star Miami commit

The two seniors combined on a trick play when Bailey handed the ball off to Trader, who threw the ball high in the air back to the 6-foot-6 Bailey in the end zone for a touchdown.
Fellow Miami commit
Zaquan Patterson recorded an interception defensively, his fifth of the season.
The title is the sixth in the last eight years for the Lions.
