Monache extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Highland. They came out on top against the Scots by a score of 11-6. Winning may never get old, but the Marauders sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Tyson Chavez was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Rolando Quinones, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and two RBI.

Monache always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .531. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Highland only posted an OBP of .333.

Monache's record is now 23-8. As for Highland, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-18 record this season.

Monache will be playing in front of their home fans against Santa Ynez at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Pirates' pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so the Marauders' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Highland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
