At the plate, the team relied heavily on Jaxson Middough, who went 2-for-3 with one triple and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Scotty Luttenberger, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.
Meanwhile, Nuview Bridge gave up the first runs on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against Providence by a score of 5-2.
Nelson Lara and Ethen Rivera did most of the damage at the plate: Lara went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double, while Rivera went 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI. That's the most hits Rivera has posted since back in June of 2025. Another player making a difference was Joshy Rodriguez, who went 1-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
Nuview Bridge kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in three consecutive matchups.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Nordhoff has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.1 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Nuview Bridge struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.6 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
