Bleckley County has won three straight games at home, while Dublin has won three straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Thursday. The Royals will host the Fighting Irish at 5:30 p.m. Bleckley County is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4 runs per game this season.
Bleckley County's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Northeast with a sharp 16-0 victory. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 23, 2021, but that streak is no more.

Emmie Williams was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in September of 2024. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with three runs, two RBI, and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season.
In other batting news, Natalie Fordham and Ashanti Flagg did most of the damage at the plate: Fordham went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple, while Flagg got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple was Flagg's first of the season. Nyra Waters was another key player, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Dublin couldn't beat Academy for Classical Education on Tuesday even though they stacked five runs on them in the third inning. The Fighting Irish lost 14-5 to the Gryphons. The loss continues a trend for the Fighting Irish in their meetings with the Gryphons: they've now lost six in a row.
