In its first meeting against a Georgia opponent, No. 1 Mater Dei dominated Creekside (Fairburn) 62-0. It was the largest margin of victory for the Monarchs since 2016 as senior quarterback
Elijah Brown completed 19 of 22 passes for 372 yards and seven touchdowns.
Mater Dei improved to 14-0 against out-of-state opponents since 2017, winning those contests by an average margin of 32.6 points.

Gorman's last loss was to No. 1 Mater Dei in September of 2022 while the Rockets saw their 26-game win streak snapped. Up next for the Las Vegas power is No. 13

Jason Harris Jr. for a 19-yard touchdown with seven seconds left. Longstreet completed 21 of 28 passes for 288 yards and a touchdown to go with 109 yards rushing and five more scores.

Orange Lutheran (Orange, Calif.) is one of four new teams in the MaxPreps Top 25 and the third team from Southern California's Trinity League after impressive wins over Serra (Gardena), De La Salle (Concord) and Eastside Catholic (Sammamish, Wash.).
Liberty (Peoria, Ariz.) enters at No. 21 and has outscored its first two opponents 105-34.
Navi Bruzon has completed 30 of 41 passes for 524 yards and six touchdowns to go with 121 yards rushing and three more scores.
Isaac Wilson and No. 22
Corner Canyon (Draper, Utah) have one of the most explosive offenses in the country. The Chargers are averaging 47.5 points per game. Wilson has accounted for 1,650 yards of total offense (1,377 passing, 273 rushing) and 19 touchdowns.
Serra (San Mateo, Calif.) checks in at No. 25 after handing De La Salle (Concord) its worst shutout loss in 44 years with a 28-0 win.
