After losing to Lincoln East the last time they met, Millard North decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mustangs walked away with a 2-0 win over the Spartans on Saturday.

Taylor Elsasser paced Millard North's offense, picking up seven kills. Elsasser got some help from Andie Blomenkamp and her 11 assists. Soso Marin and Tre'Sor Porter kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Millard North's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Lincoln East, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Millard North has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Lincoln Southwest on the 2nd. As for Lincoln East, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Lincoln Southeast on the 2nd.
