Propelled by back-to-back 15-0 championship seasons in 2012 and 2013, Hoover is the most dominant high school football team from Alabama in the last decade.
Based on the MaxPreps methodology, Hoover amassed 390 points from play over 2010 to 2019, while Spanish Fort was second with 238 points.
Hoover finished either first or second in the state rankings seven times, with top rankings four times — 2012, 2013, 2016 and 2017. Spanish Fort had 15-0 seasons in 2013 and 2015.
