High school football 2014 Top 25 composite rankings

Corona Centennial, a Southern California power for years, has climbed itself back into national prominence. The Huskies started their season 1-2 but have won 10 games in a row and find themselves facing St. John Bosco on Saturday for a likely shot at California's Open Division Bowl Game.

Florida power St. Thomas Aquinas has entered the Composite Top 25, and Tennessee stalwart Maryville does the same. Don't forget St. Peter's Prep from New Jersey, which us in the Top 25 as well.

In order to be considered for these rankings, a team must be ranked in two national polls. If it does not land in all four, the team will be given a 40 to weigh into its average. We chose four national polls that have produced rankings for at least five years. The four polls include the MaxPreps Xcellent 25 writers' rankings, the MaxPreps Computer Rankings, USA Today Super 25 Expert Rankings and PrepNation's National Prep Poll.
