Gates Chapman's Bio

My ultimate goal is to coach baseball at some level and work toward becoming an Athletic Director. Above all, I am a Christian, therefore it is important to me to live a lifestyle that reflects my belief in Jesus Christ. Secondly, family is so important. My family is my support system. Third, I believe in being the best team mate possible; building each other up. Fourth, I believe I have the unique ability to assess individual personalities and team dynamics, creating a bond with each player that will hold us all accountable and encourage one another. Lastly, I believe in earning your spot/playing time based on your hard work and performance. I will not be out worked. My family's motto: "Finish Strong!"
