Stat keeping for basketball teams
Chase Glazier has been named player of the year. "Chase Glazier displayed a great season as returning starter quarterback for the Custer Wildcats. He threw 157 times and completed 89 for 1457 yards. He also tossed 15 TD passes, with his longest being 89 yards. Although he did not necessarily showcase exceptional talent running the ball, he was a fast sprinter to the outside ... and earned three rushing TDs. He certainly matured in 2013 by making solid decisions under pressure. He learned to stay in the pocket, which has not been the norm for most Custer quarterbacks. He also showed some excellent skills in reading the defensive coverage and suggesting adjustments to the coaching staff. Most important to note is that Chase ended his high school football career as the leading passer for the Wildcats, starting two of his four eligible years."
