With the victory, Independence upgrades its record to 15-9 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Centennial (Frisco, TX) to play the Titans in a 5A Region II District 10 challenge on Friday, January 6. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Centennial lost 54-52 in their recent non-league challenge against The Colony (The Colony, TX)
