California High School Basketball - Liberty crushes West Valley

January 4, 2023: Hemet, CA 92545

Liberty Bison (Winchester, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host West Valley Mustangs (Hemet, CA), 78-56 in a league bout.

With the win, Liberty upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Bison host Citrus Hill (Perris, CA) to play the Hawks in a Mountain Pass bout on Friday, January 6. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 3-14. Citrus Hill lost 74-47 in their recent league bout against Perris (Perris, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Tahquitz Titans (Hemet, CA) in a Mountain Pass bout, on Friday, January 6. West Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 69-60 league loss to San Jacinto (San Jacinto, CA).
