California High School Basketball - San Jacinto holds off West Valley

Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the San Jacinto Tigers (San Jacinto, CA) and the host West Valley Mustangs (Hemet, CA), saw San Jacinto's basketball squad hold off West Valley by a tally of 73-67.

With the victory, San Jacinto advances its record to 4-11 on the season. The Tigers travel to Liberty (Winchester, CA) to encounter the Bison in a Mountain Pass outing on Friday, January 13. The Bison go into the outing with a record of 12-2. Liberty won 63-47 in their recent league outing against Perris (Perris, CA)

The Mustangs now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Citrus Hill for a Mountain Pass outing on Friday, January 13. West Valley will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 72-69 league loss to Tahquitz (Hemet, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-16.
