California High School Basketball - Citrus Hill can't hold off San Jacinto

January 18, 2023: San Jacinto, CA 92583

The San Jacinto Tigers basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Citrus Hill Hawks to 47 in the Tigers league victory on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tahquitz for a Mountain Pass contest on Friday, January 20. San Jacinto will battle a Titans team coming off a 68-51 league loss to Liberty (Winchester, CA). The Titans record now stands at 4-12.

The Hawks (3-18) will now prepare for their contest against Perris (Perris, CA). The Panthers come into the Mountain Pass contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Perris edged West Valley (Hemet, CA), 50-47, in a league contest.
