The Citrus Hill Hawks basketball team (Perris, CA), was routed 70-46 in Friday's league battle with the visiting West Valley Mustangs (Hemet, CA)

The Mustangs now sport a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Perris for a Mountain Pass battle on Wednesday, January 18. West Valley will battle a Panthers team coming off a 65-61 league loss to Tahquitz (Hemet, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-12.

The Hawks (3-17) will now prepare for their battle against San Jacinto (San Jacinto, CA). The Tigers come into the Mountain Pass battle with a 4-12 record. In their last battle, San Jacinto was routed by Liberty (Winchester, CA), 91-51, in a league battle.
