Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Westfield Mustangs (Houston, TX) and the visiting MacArthur Generals (Houston, TX), saw Westfield's basketball squad wallop MacArthur by a tally of 58-16.

With the victory, Westfield improves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Benjamin Davis (Houston, TX) to play the Falcons in a 6A Region II District 14 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 5-12. Benjamin Davis won 59-43 in their recent league challenge against Eisenhower (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Generals play the Nimitz Cougars (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. MacArthur will attempt to improve on its 8-13 season record.
