The Mt. Vernon/Plankinton Titans (Mt. Vernon, SD) basketball felled the host Platte/Geddes Black Panthers (Platte, SD), 55-46 in Thursday's league test.

The Titans (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Ethan (Ethan, SD). The Rustlers go into the non-league test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Ethan thwarted Bridgewater/Emery (Emery, SD), 60-24, in a league test.
