The Edison Tigers (Fresno, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA), 80-79 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Tigers (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Madera (Madera, CA). The Coyotes go into the County/Metro test with a 5-12 record. In their last test, Madera got by Fresno (Fresno, CA), 52-47, in a non-league test.
