The Parkwood Wolf Pack basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Monroe Redhawks to 57 in the Wolf Pack league victory on Tuesday.

The Wolf Pack now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Piedmont for a 2A/3A Rocky River contest on Friday, January 19. Parkwood will battle a Panthers team coming off a 83-23 league win over Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 8-7.

The Redhawks (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cougars come into the 2A/3A Rocky River contest with a 3-13 record. In their last contest, Central Academy was nudged by Forest Hills (Marshville, NC), 60-53, in a league contest.
