North Carolina High School Basketball - Queen's Grant knocked off by Corvian Community

January 17, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28269

The Corvian Community Cardinals basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Queen's Grant Stallions to 64 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cabarrus Charter for a 1A Conference 38 contest on Friday, January 20.

The Stallions (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Comets enter the 1A Conference 38 contest with a 9-13 record. In their last contest, Carolina International ran past Sugar Creek (Charlotte, NC), 96-56, in a league contest.
