California High School Basketball - Acalanes triumphant over Alhambra
January 22, 2025: Lafayette, CA 94549 The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) and the visiting Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA), observed Acalanes's basketball team overwhelm Alhambra by a score of 56-32.
The Dons (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Campolindo (Moraga, CA). The Cougars come into the challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Campolindo trounced Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA), 68-60, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Berean Christian Eagles (Walnut Creek, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 24. Alhambra will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 74-26 league loss to Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA).
