The Bertie Falcons routed the visiting Riverside-Martin Knights basketball team by a final score of 78-48 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Gates County Red Barons (Gatesville, NC) in a 1A Conference 2 game, on Friday, January 27. Bertie will attempt to move on its 15-3 season record. The Red Barons enter the game with a 9-8 record after their 78-53 league win over Tarboro (Tarboro, NC).
