Massachusetts High School Basketball - Beverly overwhelms Saugus
January 24, 2023: Saugus, MA 01906 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Beverly Panthers (Beverly, MA) and the host Saugus Sachems (Saugus, MA), saw Beverly's basketball squad wallop Saugus by a tally of 68-41.
With the victory, Beverly improves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Panthers host Peabody Veterans Memorial (Peabody, MA) to confront the Tanners in a Northeastern - Large challenge on Friday, January 27. The Tanners come into the challenge with a record of 10-2. Peabody Veterans Memorial won 77-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Danvers (Danvers, MA)
Next up, the Sachems confront the Lynn Vo-Tech Tigers (Lynn, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 30. Saugus will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record.
