The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Central Valley Academy Thunder (Ilion, NY) and the visiting Oneida Express (Oneida, NY), observed Central Valley Academy's basketball team overwhelm Oneida by a score of 79-57.

The Thunder (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Holland Patent (Holland Patent, NY). The Golden Knights come into the Section 3 Tri-Valley - Pioneer challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, Holland Patent trounced Oneida (Oneida, NY), 82-52, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Express encounter the Whitesboro Warriors (Marcy, NY) in a Section 3 Tri-Valley - Colonial challenge, on Tuesday, January 28.
