In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Central Valley Academy Thunder basketball team scored a big 61-37 win over the Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Red Devils.

The Thunder (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Proctor (Utica, NY). The Raiders come into the Section 3 Tri-Valley - Colonial contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Proctor was trounced by West Genesee (Camillus, NY), 66-49, in a non-league contest.
