Indiana High School Basketball - Morgan Township nudges Tri-Township

January 24, 2025: LaCrosse, IN 46348

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Morgan Township Cherokees (Valparaiso, IN) and the host Tri-Township Tigers (LaCrosse, IN), observed Morgan Township's basketball team edge Tri-Township by a score of 34-29.

The Cherokees (13-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Westville (Westville, IN). The Blackhawks come into the non-league challenge with a 17-2 record.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Marquette Catholic Blazers (Michigan City, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 29. Tri-Township will attempt to improve on its 11-9 season record. The Blazers come into the challenge with a 16-4 record after their 65-26 non-league win over Bowman Academy (Gary, IN).
