Indiana High School Basketball - Morgan Township overwhelms Boone Grove

The Morgan Township Cherokees basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting Boone Grove Wolves to 19 in the Cherokees league triumph on Saturday.

The Cherokees now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hebron for a Freelance game on Wednesday, November 27. Morgan Township will confront a Hawks team coming off a 58-25 non-league loss to Wheeler (Valparaiso, IN). The Hawks record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Boone Grove falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Wolves host South Central (Union Mills, IN) to play the Satellites in a Porter County bout on Tuesday, December 3. The Satellites go into the bout with a record of 2-5. South Central lost 70-24 in their recent non-league bout against West Central (Francesville, IN)
