The Toms River South Indians basketball team (Toms River, NJ), was overwhelmed 73-51 in Thursday's league battle with the host Central Regional Golden Eagles (Bayville, NJ)

The Golden Eagles now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holmdel for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 29. Central Regional will battle a Hornets team coming off a 73-49 league loss to Rumson-Fair Haven (Rumson, NJ). The Hornets record now stands at 6-6.
