Indiana High School Basketball - Tindley knocked off by Indianapolis Metropolitan

January 27, 2023: Indianapolis, IN 46222

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Pumas basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Tindley Tigers to 59 in the Pumas league triumph on Friday.

The Pumas now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rossville for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 28. Indianapolis Metropolitan will battle a Hornets team coming off a 48-47 league win over Eastern (Greentown, IN). The Hornets record now stands at 10-7.

The Tigers (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Christel House (Indianapolis, IN). The Eagles enter the Greater Indianapolis contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Christel House ran past Irvington Preparatory Academy (Indianapolis, IN), 70-24, in a league contest.
