The Trinity Bulldogs basketball squad (Trinity, NC), was outscored 61-41 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC)

With the victory, Wheatmore advances its record to 8-10 on the year. The Warriors travel to Uwharrie Charter Academy (Asheboro, NC) to meet the Eagles in a 1A/2A Piedmont battle on Wednesday, January 29. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 14-5. Uwharrie Charter Academy lost 63-50 in their recent league battle against Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC)

The Bulldogs now own a 3-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Uwharrie Charter Academy for a 1A/2A Piedmont battle on Friday, January 31. Trinity will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 69-45 league win over Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 15-5.
