North Carolina High School Basketball - Trinity knocked off by Wheatmore

December 17, 2024: Trinity, NC 27370

In Tuesday's league test, the Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Trinity Bulldogs (Trinity, NC), by a score of 52-42.

Next, the Warriors clash with the Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC) in a 1A/2A Piedmont test, on Friday, December 20. Wheatmore will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 47-45 league loss to Randleman (Randleman, NC).

The Bulldogs (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Uwharrie Charter Academy (Asheboro, NC). The Eagles come into the 1A/2A Piedmont test with a 11-2 record. In their last test, Uwharrie Charter Academy went down by Asheboro (Asheboro, NC), 61-46, in a non-league test.
