The Foxcroft Academy Ponies (Dover-Foxcroft, ME) basketball nipped the visiting Mount Desert Island Trojans (Mount Desert, ME), 35-31 in Tuesday's league test.

The Ponies (8-8) will now prepare for their test against Central (East Corinth, ME). The Red Devils go into the non-league test with a 4-12 record. In their last test, Central got by Penquis Valley (Milo, ME), 77-51, in a league test.
