The Fairmont Senior Polar Bears basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Liberty Mountaineers to 40 in the Polar Bears league triumph on Thursday.

The Polar Bears now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Sissonville for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. Fairmont Senior will play a Indians team coming off a 52-35 non-league win over Point Pleasant (Point Pleasant, WV). The Indians record now stands at 3-10.
