The North Branford Thunderbirds basketball team (North Branford, CT), was toppled 73-56 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT)

The Warriors now possess a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Hampton for a Shoreline battle on Friday, February 3. Valley Regional will confront a Bellringers team coming off a 47-23 league win over Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT). The Bellringers record now stands at 14-1.

The Thunderbirds (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Cromwell (Cromwell, CT). The Panthers come into the Shoreline contest with a 13-3 record. In their last contest, Cromwell ran past Morgan (Clinton, CT), 52-32, in a league contest.
