In Wednesday's league outing, the Lightridge Bolts (Aldie, VA) basketball squad beat the visiting Briar Woods Falcons (Ashburn, VA), by a count of 50-41.

The Bolts (5-14) will now prepare for their outing against Riverside (Leesburg, VA). The Ram go into the Potomac outing with a 11-9 record. In their last outing, Riverside was topped by Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA), 63-59, in a league outing.
