The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Snow Canyon Warriors (St. George, UT) and the host Cedar Reds (Cedar City, UT), observed Snow Canyon's basketball team edge Cedar by a margin of 56-49.

The Warriors (5-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Dixie (St. George, UT). The Flyers come into the 4A Region 9 challenge with a 14-7 record. In their last challenge, Dixie edged Pine View (St. George, UT), 55-51, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Reds battle the Pine View Panthers (St. George, UT) in a 4A Region 9 challenge, on Wednesday, February 5. Cedar will attempt to better on its 3-19 season record.
