The Hurricane Tigers basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Cedar Reds to 44 in the Tigers league triumph on Monday.

The Tigers now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they host Snow Canyon for a 4A Region 9 game on Wednesday, January 15. Hurricane will confront a Warriors team coming off a 49-35 league loss to Dixie (St. George, UT). The Warriors record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, Cedar falls to 2-15 on the campaign. The Reds host Dixie (St. George, UT) to confront the Flyers in a 4A Region 9 game on Friday, January 17. The Flyers go into the game with a record of 11-5. Dixie won 61-56 in their recent league game against Desert Hills (St. George, UT)
