The Crimson Cliffs Mustangs basketball squad (Washington, UT), was nudged 59-55 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Hurricane Tigers (Hurricane, UT)

With the victory, Hurricane advances its record to 13-8 on the year. The Tigers travel to Snow Canyon (St. George, UT) to meet the Warriors in a 4A Region 9 battle on Friday, February 7. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 5-17. Snow Canyon lost 58-35 in their recent league battle against Dixie (St. George, UT)

The Mustangs now own a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pine View for a 4A Region 9 battle on Friday, February 7. Crimson Cliffs will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 41-39 league win over Cedar (Cedar City, UT). The Panthers record now stands at 15-7.
