North Carolina High School Basketball - Ashbrook beaten by Crest

February 4, 2025: Shelby, NC 28152

The Crest Chargers were victorious over the visiting Ashbrook Greenwave basketball squad by a final score of 74-65 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Chargers clash with the Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC) in a 3A Big South outing, on Friday, February 7. Crest will attempt to upgrade on its 16-2 season record. The Storm enter the outing with a 7-14 record after their 96-61 league loss to South Point (Belmont, NC).

The Greenwave (18-3) will now prepare for their outing against Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Jaguars enter the 3A Big South outing with a 9-12 record. In their last outing, Forestview ran past North Gaston (Dallas, NC), 80-59, in a league outing.
