Morrill Lions (Morrill, NE) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Gordon-Rushville Mustangs (Gordon, NE), 43-32 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Morrill advances its record to 15-4 on the year. The Lions travel to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, NE) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, February 7. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 11-7. Bridgeport won 60-20 in their recent non-league match against Bayard (Bayard, NE)
