The Mountain Ridge Miners basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Fort Hill Sentinels to 46 in the Miners league triumph on Wednesday.

The Miners now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chestnut Ridge for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10. Mountain Ridge will meet a Lions team coming off a 73-53 league win over Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA). The Lions record now stands at 17-2.

The Sentinels (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Goretti (Hagerstown, MD). The Gael enter the non-league contest with a 9-11 record. In their last contest, Goretti was nudged by City College (Baltimore, MD), 44-28, in a non-league contest.
