New York High School Basketball - Canisius crushes Cardinal O'Hara

February 9, 2024: Buffalo, NY 14209

Canisius Crusaders (Buffalo, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cardinal O'Hara Hawks (Tonawanda, NY), 80-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Canisius upgrades its record to 17-2 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Health Sciences Charter (Buffalo, NY) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Monday, February 12. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 15-2. Health Sciences Charter won 77-48 in their recent league bout against South Park (Buffalo, NY)

Next up, the Hawks play the Bishop Timon-St. Jude Tigers (Buffalo, NY) in a Monsignor Martin bout, on Monday, February 12. Cardinal O'Hara will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 18-2 record after their 86-63 league win over St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY).
