Connecticut High School Basketball - Housatonic-Wamogo ripped by Northwestern Regional
February 9, 2024: Falls Village, CT 06031 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Northwestern Regional Highlanders basketball team scored a decisive 69-29 triumph over the Housatonic-Wamogo Mountaineers.
In their next game, the Highlanders meet the Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 10. Northwestern Regional will attempt to better on its 14-4 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 9-7 record after their 62-56 league win over Brookfield (Brookfield, CT).
With the defeat, Housatonic-Wamogo moves to 2-14 on the year. The Mountaineers travel to Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT) to meet the Spartans in a non-league match on Thursday, February 15. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 13-5.
