Minnesota High School Basketball - Jackson County Central overwhelms Marshall
February 9, 2024: Jackson, MN 56143 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Jackson County Central Huskies (Jackson, MN) and the visiting Marshall Tigers (Marshall, MN), saw Jackson County Central's basketball squad wallop Marshall by a count of 91-57.
With the victory, Jackson County Central upgrades its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Huskies host Redwood Valley (Redwood Falls, MN) to play the Cardinals in a AA Section 3 challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 17-4. Redwood Valley won 85-77 in their recent non-league challenge against Worthington (Worthington, MN)
Next up, the Tigers play the St. Peter Saints (St. Peter, MN) in a AAA Section 2 challenge, on Saturday, February 10. Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 65-52 non-league loss to Fairmont (Fairmont, MN).
