The Bishop McCort Crushers basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Chestnut Ridge Lions to 51 in the Crushers league triumph on Friday.

The Crushers now sport a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Penn Cambria for a Laurel Highlands contest on Monday, February 13. Bishop McCort will meet a Panthers team coming off a 57-54 league win over Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 17-4.

The Lions (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against Richland (Johnstown, PA). The Rams enter the Laurel Highlands contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, Richland was outscored by Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA), 67-39, in a league contest.
