Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Chestnut Ridge Lions (New Paris, PA) and the visiting Bishop McCort Crushers (Johnstown, PA), saw Chestnut Ridge's basketball squad wallop Bishop McCort by a tally of 62-37.

With the victory, Chestnut Ridge improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Richland (Johnstown, PA) to confront the Rams in a Laurel Highlands challenge on Friday, January 6. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Richland lost 91-65 in their recent league challenge against Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA)
