Connecticut High School Basketball - Trumbull knocked off by St. Joseph
February 10, 2023: Trumbull, CT 06611 The St. Joseph Cadets basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Trumbull Eagles to 30 in the Cadets league triumph on Friday.
The Cadets now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westhill for a Fairfield County contest on Monday, February 13. St. Joseph will battle a Vikings team coming off a 45-21 league loss to Wilton (Wilton, CT). The Vikings record now stands at 2-15.
The Eagles (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Stamford (Stamford, CT). The Black Knights enter the Fairfield County contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Stamford was defeated by Pomperaug (Southbury, CT), 53-26, in a non-league contest.
