The East Thunderbirds basketball team (Cheyenne, WY), dropped 51-41 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Thunder Basin Bolts (Gillette, WY)

The Bolts now possess a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Natrona County for a 4A Northeast battle on Friday, February 16. Thunder Basin will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 69-42 non-league win over South (Cheyenne, WY). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-4.

The Thunderbirds (16-5) will now prepare for their battle against Laramie (Laramie, WY). The Plainsmen come into the 4A Southeast battle with a 15-2 record. In their last battle, Laramie beat Sheridan (Sheridan, WY), 83-81, in a non-league battle.
